COVID-19 update from AAA Express

The coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is changing the daily life and operations of families, businesses, schools and workplaces. I am writing to assure you that AAA Express is working diligently to ensure the health and safety of the public and our team members in accordance with all public safety guidelines. This includes instructing all AAA Express employees and representatives – including drivers – returning from outside of Canada or feeling unwell to stay at home for the recommended period as well as increased vigilance regarding personal hygiene and social distancing. We are closely monitoring the situation and will adjust our business practices as required.
Effective immediately, signatures for delivery will only be required on the paper-based waybill, eliminating the requirement for a signature on the driver’s handset. Those clients not wishing to sign the waybill will simply be required to provide their full name for the driver to mark down on the waybill.
Our priority is the safety of our team, customers, local businesses and the community at large. AAA Express remains committed to serving our clients with transportation services and remains open to serve you.
